Local Bookings (within Reading): Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Out-of-Town Bookings (e.g., London, Airports): Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
2. Cancellation Fees Local Bookings
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total fare. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time or no-shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total fare. Out-of-Town Bookings: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total fare. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time or no-shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total fare.
3. How to Cancel

If the passenger is not at the agreed pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time for local bookings or 30 minutes for airport pickups, and no contact has been made, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
